General Bonus Terms

Fair play only. Unfair betting (syndicates, opposite/hedge or arbitrage bets, bonus hunting) can mean removal from promotions or permanent account closure.
Real-money bets count toward prize/bonus eligibility unless we explicitly say otherwise.
Sports odds: Only sports bets with odds 1.50+ qualify.
One bet per market counts toward turnover (only the first one).
Voids/rollbacks don’t count unless stated otherwise.
Players excluded from the bonus program can’t join promotions.
We may change, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time.
General GemBet T&Cs apply.
Claim within 28 days (unless specified). Unclaimed bonuses expire after that.

Deposit Bonuses

A deposit bonus can’t be applied retroactively to deposits already used (partly or fully).
If you have an active bonus, your real-money bets don’t earn GemRebates.
No stacking: One bonus at a time; bonuses can’t be combined.
Validity: 30 days from activation (unless stated). Unfinished bonuses auto-cancel on day 30.
Real Money = deposits + non-bonus winnings + converted bonus funds.
Real Money Loss = losing bets placed with the above real money.
Canceling a deposit bonus forfeits your total balance (bonus + real money tied to it).

Non-Deposit (No-Deposit) Bonuses

Unless stated, only bonus bets count toward turnover.
Bonus funds are used first before withdrawable funds.
If your stake exceeds real-money balance, real + bonus funds combine automatically.
Winnings split between balances in proportion to each balance’s share of the stake.
Withdrawing with an active non-deposit bonus forfeits bonus funds only.
Canceling a non-deposit bonus (in the bonus section) also forfeits bonus funds only.
If you cancel a running non-deposit or deposit bonus before a pending bet settles, any win from that pending bet is forfeited when it settles.

Excluded Games & Turnover

Some games are bonus-excluded (no wagering with bonus funds allowed).
Some titles don’t contribute to turnover at all.

No Turnover Contribution (examples): Book of 99, Alien Hunter, Zombie Party, Candy Candy, Electric Crash, Cash or Crash, Blackjack Neo, and all mini-games.
